Bookings, payments, accounts and reviews — answered by the people who run the platform.
Everything travellers and companies ask us about using TripReview.ae in Dubai and the UAE: how a booking request reaches an operator, what happens to a deposit, how a review is verified, and how to fix an account. If the answer is not here, a real person replies.

Open a company or service page, click the quote or enquiry button, then submit your trip details. Depending on the service, you may be asked for dates, location, passenger count, car type, yacht size or other booking details so providers can respond more accurately.
Yes. Open two or more company profiles and compare them on price, ratings, response time and inclusions before you request a quote or book.
Quotes reflect the provider's current rate for the details you gave. The final price is confirmed by the company and can change if your dates, duration, mileage or extras change — always confirm the total in writing.
Deposit terms are set by each company. Many rentals are no-deposit; premium vehicles may hold a refundable security amount. The provider tells you the deposit and when it is taken before you confirm.
Yes. Cancellation and change policies depend on the company — many offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Confirm the exact policy with the provider before you pay.
Confirm the exact vehicle or service, the total price including any fees, the deposit and its refund terms, mileage limits, insurance excess, and the cancellation policy — all in writing from the company.
TripReview connects you with travel companies: you request a quote or enquiry here and the provider confirms and completes the booking directly with you. We never take payment on their behalf.
We verify the booking relationship and the reviewer's account before a review is published — no fake or paid reviews are allowed.
Yes. After your trip you can write a verified review to help other travelers make a confident choice.
Yes — manage your reviews from your account. You can update or remove them at any time.
No. Companies can respond publicly to reviews, but they cannot pay or offer incentives to remove genuine, policy-compliant reviews.
Use the report option on the review and give as much detail as possible so our moderation team can investigate quickly and fairly.
Go to TripReview for Business, claim your profile and verify your identity — our team reviews and approves claims quickly.
Yes. Every company on TripReview goes through a strict verification process — licence, documents and operations — before it is listed.
A score out of 100 made of five checks worth 20 points each: a trade licence a moderator has seen, positive reviews (an average of 4 or more across at least three), a complete profile, replies to reviews and enquiries, and no confirmed Scam Watchlist report. The breakdown is shown on every company's profile, no list is sorted by it, and it cannot be bought.

Complete your profile, verify your trade licence, reply to reviews and enquiries, and ask customers to review you — each is one of the five checks in your TripReview Score. The score is not a ranking and no plan changes it.
