Dubai travel reviews
from travellers who paid
Read by a person before it publishes. You choose whether your name shows.
Car rental, desert safari, yacht charter, airport transfer — read what actually happened before you book, and tell the next traveller what happened to you. A person reads every review before it publishes, and no company can pay to remove one.

No reviews published yet
We are not going to put invented numbers here. The companies in the directory have been checked, but nobody has published a review of them on TripReview.ae yet — so the first one carries real weight.
A company can answer a review here; it cannot remove one. Replies publish beside the original.

The useful reviews are the specific ones — what you paid, what the deposit did, whether the car or the boat was the one you booked. It takes a few minutes and your name is never published.
How a review gets published
Reviews on TripReview.ae cannot be bought, and a company cannot have one taken down because it does not like it. Here is the whole process, in order.
- 1
You write it
Ratings for the things that matter in that category, plus what actually happened.
- 2
We check the booking
A review has to come from someone who used the company. That is the whole basis of the rating.
- 3
It publishes
Usually within a day. If we cannot verify it, we tell you why rather than quietly dropping it.
- 4
The company can reply
Their response publishes beside your review. Neither of you can delete the other.
We do not offer incentives for reviews, we do not let a company pay to hide one, and advertising has no effect on where a company ranks. If you think a review here is not genuine, report it from the review itself and a moderator will look at it. The full rules are in our review policy, and how the company side works is set out in TripReview for business.

What to check before you book
Most complaints we publish come down to one of these six things going unchecked at the counter.
- The company is verifiedTrade licence on file and checked — the badge on the profile says when.
- The recent reviews, not the averageA four-star average can hide a bad month. Sort by most recent.
- The total, including the depositAsk what is blocked on the card and when it comes back.
- The cancellation termsIn writing, before you pay, not in a WhatsApp message after.
- Who pays for damage, fines and fuelSalik, speeding fines and the fuel policy are where the surprises are.
- Insurance and the excessIncluded is not the same as zero excess. Ask for the number.
Why reviews are worth reading first
A listing tells you the price. A review tells you what the price turned into.
Spot the pattern
One bad review is a bad day. Five saying the same thing is how the company works.
See the real cost
Reviewers name the fees that do not appear until the counter.
Avoid the known problems
Companies with open reports appear on our scam watchlist.
Pass it on
Your review is what the next traveller reads before they pay.
