Dubai Rental Price Report
2026

What it actually costs to rent and explore in Dubai right now — cars, yacht charters and desert safaris in one place, with the entry price for each and how they stack up against one another. The detailed rate tables live on each price index; this is the overview, and the comparisons across trades that no single index can make.

Car rental

The widest range of any trade here — an economy runabout and a supercar are not the same purchase. The daily rate is the headline; the deposit and mileage terms behind it are in the fee report.

Yacht charter

A shared seat on a group cruise is the cheap way onto the water; a private charter is priced by the hour and climbs with the size of the boat.

Desert safari

The cheapest organised day out in this report. A shared 4x4 is the entry point; a private vehicle and an overnight camp cost more.

What the gaps look like

Put the three side by side and the spread is the story. A single day in a supercar is a different order of spending from an economy car, a shared cruise or a desert safari — useful to know before the trip, not after the card is charged.

≈ 34

shared desert safaris cost about the same as one day in a supercar

44×

times the economy band a supercar costs, per day

≈ 11

days of the cheapest car cost about the same as one hour of a private yacht

Methodology

The figures are the entry points from the three TripReview price indexes — car rental, yacht charter and desert safari — each built from the published ranges tracked across the catalogue, not live quotes. Car figures are per day, yacht figures per person (shared) or per hour (private), safari figures per person. Cross-trade comparisons are simple ratios of those entry points, rounded, as a sense of scale rather than a quote. Everything refreshes as the catalogue updates.

About this report

Are these the prices I will pay?

They are the entry points — the low end of the published ranges we track, the cheapest realistic way into each trade. A specific car, boat or safari at a specific date can cost more, and peak weekends and high season push rates up. Treat the figures as market ranges, not quotes, and check the live listings for the exact price.

Why compare a supercar to a desert safari?

Because a Dubai trip rarely involves one trade in isolation, and the amounts are wildly different. Seeing a day in a supercar expressed in desert safaris, or an hour of a private yacht in days of an economy car, turns abstract dirham figures into a sense of scale you can plan a budget around.

How often do the numbers change?

They are computed from the live catalogue and the same ranges the price index and money pages use, so they move as the catalogue does and can never contradict those pages. The 'as of' date shows when the figures were last generated.

Can I use these figures?

Yes. The report is free to cite with a link to this page. Every number comes from TripReview's own tracked ranges.
