Reviews help travelers make confident choices by sharing real experiences. TripReview provides a platform for honest feedback while maintaining trust, fairness and transparency across the marketplace.

Anyone who has completed a booking or used a service listed on TripReview.ae can submit a review. You must have a TripReview account and may be asked to verify your booking or experience.

Reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experiences. Write in your own words, be respectful and focus on the service — not personal attacks. Keep content relevant and easy to understand.

No hate speech, threats, illegal content, harassment, false claims, impersonation, incentives, spam, affiliate links, irrelevant promotion, or private personal data (yours or others).

TripReview uses automated systems and manual checks to detect suspicious activity, fake reviews and policy violations. We may request additional information to verify your experience.

All reviews go through moderation. They may be delayed, edited for clarity or formatting, unpublished or removed if they violate our policies. We do not publish reviews that cannot be verified.

Businesses can respond publicly to reviews. If you believe a review is inaccurate or violates our policy, you may dispute it. Businesses cannot pay or offer incentives to remove reviews.

You can edit or update your own review at any time to correct details or reflect changed circumstances. You may request removal only if the review contains personal data or violates these guidelines.

If you see a review that breaks our rules, use the "Report" option on the review. Provide as much detail as possible so we can investigate quickly and fairly.

TripReview Scores and rankings consider multiple trust factors including recency, relevance, frequency, consistency and verification — not star rating alone.

Posting fake or misleading reviews, manipulating ratings or engaging in fraud harms our community. We may remove content, restrict accounts or take legal and administrative action against users or businesses involved.

Do not include personal data (phone numbers, emails, addresses, IDs, or other private information) in your review. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

TripReview reserves the right to moderate content, suspend or remove accounts, and update these guidelines at any time. We do not guarantee that all content will be error-free or available at all times.
