File a Claim
and stay anonymous
Your name never appears. The company's response always does.
If a UAE car rental, airport transfer, desert safari or yacht company took your money, changed the deal after payment or held a deposit it should have returned, tell us. We verify the claim, put it to the company, and publish the outcome either way.

What happens after you send it
The same four steps for every claim, whoever the company is.
- 1We verify you and the bookingWe check that the booking existed and that you made it. A claim that cannot be tied to a real booking is not published.
- 2The company is contactedWe put the substance of the claim to the company on its licensed contact details and open a response window.
- 3It is published with both sidesThe entry goes up with its evidence summary and the company's reply, unedited, under the rating the evidence supports.
- 4It is kept up to dateRefunds, corrections and new reports all move the rating. The history stays visible.
Your claim
Everything except the description is optional, but the more of it you can give, the faster this moves.
What makes a claim usable
- The receipt or invoiceWhatever shows what you paid and to whom — including the account name if you transferred.
- The booking or contractA confirmation email, a rental agreement, or the terms you were sent.
- The messagesWhatsApp, email or SMS with the company, especially anything agreed verbally and confirmed in writing.
- Photos, if there are anyCondition reports, the vehicle at handover, the damage claimed, the camp you arrived at.
What we will not do
- Publish your name, your email or your phone number
- Publish a claim we could not tie to a real booking
- Publish before the company has been given a chance to reply
- Remove a published entry because a company asked or offered to pay
We are not a regulator
TripReview.ae publishes a record. It cannot recover your money, fine a company or revoke a licence. If money was taken, report it to the authority that can act as well as to us — the two are not alternatives.
