Khat Tourism is a Dubai-based tourism company specializing in private and family-friendly desert safari experiences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Khat Tourism offers a range of desert adventures designed for couples, families, groups, and travelers looking for a comfortable and personalized way to experience the UAE desert. Our main experiences include private morning desert safaris, evening desert safaris, kids-friendly desert safaris, dune bashing, quad biking, dune buggy tours, and customized desert experiences. We also provide selected Abu Dhabi desert safari experiences for travelers staying in Abu Dhabi or visiting the emirate from Dubai. Khat Tourism focuses on private, flexible, and customer-oriented safari experiences. Depending on the selected package, guests can enjoy convenient hotel or residence pickup, a comfortable drive to the desert, dune bashing, desert photography opportunities, and optional adventure activities such as quad biking and dune buggy rides. Morning Desert Safari Khat Tourism’s private morning desert safari is suitable for travelers who want to experience the desert without spending the entire day. The experience can include desert pickup, dune driving, dune bashing, sandboarding, photography stops, and optional quad biking or dune buggy activities. Morning safaris are particularly suitable for families, couples, business travelers, and visitors with limited time in Dubai. Evening Desert Safari The evening desert safari provides an opportunity to experience the UAE desert later in the day, including sunset views and traditional desert-camp activities. Depending on the selected package, guests can enjoy dune bashing, sandboarding, camel experiences, sunset photography, BBQ dinner, live entertainment, and other traditional activities. Family & Kids-Friendly Experiences Khat Tourism welcomes families traveling with children and offers family-friendly safari options. Kids of all ages are welcome, while individual activities may have their own safety and age requirements. For families with babies and young children, Khat Tourism can provide baby seats and booster seats when requested. Pickup arrangements and the pace of the desert drive can also be discussed according to the family’s needs. Dune Bashing Dune bashing is one of the main highlights of a Dubai desert safari. Khat Tourism takes guests into the desert in a suitable 4x4 vehicle for an off-road drive across the sand dunes. The experience can be adjusted according to the group’s preference, particularly when traveling with families or children. Quad Bike & Dune Buggy Tours For guests looking for additional adventure, Khat Tourism offers desert quad biking and dune buggy experiences. Guests can choose activities according to the available package and preferred duration. Buggy experiences include options featuring Polaris and Can-Am vehicles, subject to availability and package selection. Private & Flexible Service Khat Tourism specializes in private experiences, giving guests greater flexibility compared with shared group tours. Pickup arrangements, timing, activity selection, and the pace of the experience can be discussed before the safari. The company aims to make desert experiences convenient for different types of travelers, including couples, families with children, groups, tourists on short Dubai visits, and visitors combining a desert safari with other UAE attractions. Dubai & Abu Dhabi Tourism Although Khat Tourism is based in Dubai, the company also provides selected desert safari experiences in Abu Dhabi. Travelers can choose suitable morning or evening safari options depending on their location and itinerary. Whether you are looking for a short morning desert adventure, a private family safari, an evening desert experience, quad biking, or a dune buggy adventure, Khat Tourism provides a range of options for experiencing the UAE desert. How to Compare Travel Companies in the UAE
What each company status means, what to check in each trade, and what to confirm before you pay.
1What does each status mean?
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Verified | What it meansA TripReview moderator has read the company's trade licence |
| Unclaimed | What it meansListed by TripReview; the company has not yet taken over its profile |
| Reported | What it meansNamed on the Scam Watchlist, with the evidence and the company's reply |
A status is about the company's paperwork and record, not its prices or service — the reviews cover those.
2What to check in each trade
- Car rental: the deposit and when it comes back, the daily mileage cap, and the insurance excess.
- Airport transfer: the free waiting time, whether Salik is included, and the vehicle's luggage space.
- Desert safari: the operator's licence, what the price includes, and the pickup and drop-off times.
- Yacht charter: the licensed capacity, the minimum hours, and what the crew and fuel cover.
3Before you pay any company
- Get the price, what it includes and the cancellation rule in writing.
- Match the name on the invoice to the company you chose.
- Pay by card rather than to a personal account.
- Search the company on the Scam Watchlist.
Comment ajouter mon entreprise ?
Créez un compte professionnel, ou revendiquez votre profil s'il est déjà répertorié. Une annonce de base est gratuite.
