This is the strongest warning TripReview.ae publishes about a named company, so the bar is deliberately high and written down. Nothing reaches this page on a single complaint, an anonymous tip, or a dispute about service quality.
What a high risk rating means
Several travellers independently reported the same serious problem, and it is either unanswered or unresolved.
- Three or more verified reports naming the same company
- Reports describe the same issue, not unrelated complaints
- Money, licence or identity is involved — not a service complaint
- The company was contacted and has not resolved it

- 3Evidence reopens the caseA refund record, a corrected contract or a signed condition report is assessed within five working days.
- 4The rating changes when the facts doEvidence the issue is fixed, plus ninety days with no new verified report of the same kind.
